1. Scope
GOVCONSULT LLC offers a paid service assisting with the preparation, checking and submission of electronic travel authorisation applications for the Seychelles. This site is a private application-assistance and document-checking service. It is neither the official website of the Government of Seychelles nor a consular service. You may also apply yourself on the official portal.
2. Prices
Prices cover the official fee paid to the Seychelles authority and our service fee, per traveller:

3. Customer obligations
You warrant the accuracy of the information you provide and the compliance of the documents supplied. Incorrect information may lead to a refusal for which we cannot be held responsible.
4. Processing times
The processing times quoted are given in working days and start when a complete application is received. They depend on the competent authority and are not a guarantee as to the date of issue.
5. Right of withdrawal
The service begins after payment so that the application can be checked without delay. Any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights granted by the law applicable to the customer remain unaffected.
6. Refusals and rework
If an application is refused, we look into the reason and resubmit the corrected file at no extra service charge. The official fee is not refundable.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the service fees collected. We cannot be held responsible for a denied boarding, a decision of the authorities, or the consequences of a cancelled trip.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to GOVCONSULT LLC, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protection available in their country of residence. Please contact customer service first so that a complaint can be reviewed.
