• Identity: surname, first name, date of birth, nationality.
• Travel document: passport number and expiry date.
• Contact details: email address, telephone number.
• Trip: dates of stay, accommodation, itinerary.
• Billing: amount and payment history.

Purposes and legal bases

Identity and travel data are processed to perform the assistance contract you enter into with us and to submit your application to the competent authority. Billing data answers a legal accounting retention obligation.

The draft saved in your browser

The application form temporarily keeps the typed fields in the tab’s session storage. The draft is deleted after payment is confirmed or when the tab is closed. Uploaded documents are not stored in browser session storage.

Recipients

Your data is passed to the competent Seychelles authority to process your authorisation, and to our technical providers (hosting, email, payment), who are bound by confidentiality commitments.

Retention period

Application data and supporting documents are kept only for the time needed to provide the service, handle follow-up requests and meet legal obligations. Payment and accounting records are kept for the applicable statutory period.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
